It's a breakdown of how many players from different club academies are currently playing in the Prem. It's worth a look; surprisingly the Yorkshire Carnegie Academy has produced twice as many players currently playing in the Prem as we have. It certainly suggests that there is enough latent talent in Yorkshire to help develop a successful club if anyone there could get their act together enough to resource it.
Saracens have both the most successful academy and the highest percentage of homegrown players which is very encouraging given the they are the top European Club.
