It's a breakdown of how many players from different club academies are currently playing in the Prem. It's worth a look; surprisingly the Yorkshire Carnegie Academy has produced twice as many players currently playing in the Prem as we have. It certainly suggests that there is enough latent talent in Yorkshire to help develop a successful club if anyone there could get their act together enough to resource it.

Saracens have both the most successful academy and the highest percentage of homegrown players which is very encouraging given the they are the top European Club.

where is Pats last club?? Have I missed it??
Being so keen on about moving our academy forward and how important it is I'd of expected a much bigger showing from Pats former club. But then I know it's going to be many years before we see the results from any improvements we make so accept it's the same for Connacht.

Bristol, like the glass is Blue, Bristol Blue.

Well, first it's current academy products signed to Prem clubs. If he was successful in developing and keeping home grown players at Connacht they'll be playing for Connacht.
