It would be great if we collectively stopped moaning about Andy and just were grateful that, eventually, he got us where we wanted to be. It's all in the past. Not a pop at you at all, JJ.

Bound to be quizzed about the Cardiff job.

Robbo is a great forwards coach, just not a DOR. I don't wish ill on him because that would be bad but he moved the club up a level just not to the level we would have hoped. I look forward to what he has to say.

...and intersting interview with Genge on sky sports ahead of England game/--left Bristol because Robinson didn't like him - criticised everything he did even this boot laces!

Pretty sure Genge was talking about the Leicester coach Richard Cockerill, not Robinson. He was talking about when he first arrived at his new club.

KJS, that was my impression also.
Genge approached the board, after he had been arrested several times, and needed to move on, and they supported him.
It was off-field problems, not Andy Robinson, not Bristol Rugby.

Which is why itís ridiculous the number of people who are saying ďletís open the cheque book and bring him homeĒ.....his advisors would be stupid to let him come back so soon when there was a valid reason to leave....and even if he did come back, no guarantee he would be playing with the same focus he is a Leicester

No whilst I admire his achievements at Leicester and would jump at the opportunity to gain a player of his quality there is clearly too many people in this city who influence him and a move back would be a risk to the club and probably himself.. No he is history at least for a few years.

My glass is again full now bring on the rugby.

- Arrested several times, needed to get out of Bristol
- Upset Andy Robinson, needed to get of Bristol
- Physically assaulted several teammates, needed to get out of Bristol
- Physically assaulted a particular teammate, needed to get out Bristol
- Needed to get out of Bristol, needed to get out of Bristol

There are so many explanations why EG needed to get out of Bristol that I have now decided I don't think I can believe any of them!

Some of these rumours are rediculous, can't see him wanting to come back if people start believing this.

It's like the team mate thing was at Leicester. The coach thing was at Leicester. Even the interview today people are here saying it was about Robinson (who was on good terms with Genge and assisted his move with the player in mind to Bristol's loss) when it was about Cockers.
