Bristol Rugby Supporters Club – Provisional Coach to Northampton, 27th October.

The Bristol Rugby Supporters Club are planning to run a coach to the following cup match:

[Northampton V Bristol at Franklins Gardens on Saturday 27th October2018.

As this is a cup match we are waiting to see if there is sufficient interest to make the trip viable before making a definite coach booking.

Or come and see us on home match days at the Supporters Club Gazebo. We are situated in the Fan Park area outside the South Stand, right opposite the Sports Bar main entrance.
If there is sufficient interest further details will be posted to confirm cost, pick up points and times.
It is expected that the cost of travel will be £15 for Bristol Rugby Supporters Club members and £20 for non-members.

If the trip goes ahead full payment is expected in advance to reserve a seat on the coach, with priority given to Bristol Rugby Supporters Club members.

The coach is expected to leave from the usual points, first outside the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel BS1 6NJ (near St Mary Redcliffe Church) and then from Dorian Road, Horfield Common BS7 0XL (Leisure Centre / TA Barracks). Times to be finalised when the trip is confirmed.

1) Personal details (mobile phone and/or email) will be requested particularly from non-members when you book. This is to ensure we can contact you if necessary.
2) If the trip is not viable or in unforeseen circumstances the Committee reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements and return monies collected.
3) Coach travel is at your own risk and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage.
4) The Committee reserves the right to refuse coach travel at their discretion in the event of any incident or behaviour considered inappropriate or unacceptable.

Please remember when booking travel that all supporters are expected to respect the core rugby values of “Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship” whilst on our coaches and at away grounds.

Hi all,
We are still taking names for this trip to Northampton on 27th October.

The trip is provisional dependant upon sufficient numbers and if there is low interest we may take a smaller coach.

The cut-off time for confirming whether the trip goes ahead is Saturday 13th October at 6pm.
