Peter my first Bris shirt (Xmas present 1989 I think!) had a Bristol crest and that's 29 years ago!

Ridiculous ..Bristol Bears have no connection to this classic shirt at all. Another own goal. EBay do a better one with the proper Bristol badge .. half the price too.
If that’s supposed to be white hoops we’d better change our launderette
so close and yet so far away. the club could've done an acknowledgement to the past by including a simple crest on this classic shirt, and they would've flown off the shelves. ah well
But that would have required a degree of acknowledgement that not everyone is behind the 'rebrand'. Just as they almost got it right with the change shirt but couldn't bring themselves to use navy blue and instead used black. I mean, I would have got that shirt because it is a modern design with a nod to our heritage if it had been navy blue. As it stands, it doesn't nod quite enough. Obviously I'd have sewn a proper badge over the bear logo.
Has anyone managed to find a source of the old badge... I agree with GL this shirt with our old Bristol badge I could get sewn on, would be a shirt I'd buy.
Well I for one want one. Just hope they aren’t limited stock as would be a good Xmas present

Bristol, like the glass is Blue, Bristol Blue.
No point having the re-branding then putting on an old badge! Good idea as much as I don't go for the Bears thang
