The only on-line commentary source seem to be BBC Radio Manchester here.
Using that route to the commentary has the added benefit that if Wasps cry off again because this time the conditions are "just right", there's a link to the Bristol v Cornish Pirates match!
BBC Radio Manchester are, as ever, uninformative as to whether the game is to be covered on air but the evidence would indicate that they are not covering it, instead preferring the St Helens v Warrington league game. Just in case you could try 95.1FM, 104.6FM and DAB.
If the BBC link fails, then you can try GP MatchDayLive, clicking the Audio tab and then selecting the Sale v Wasps match.
Be advised, as ever, that on-line only commentaries are notorious for starting only on the starting whistle or, in many cases, several minutes afterwards.
Generally, the direct BBC links tend to be better on a technical basis than do the GP MatchDayLive links although the actual commentary may well be identical.

iBozz has obviously awoken early. By coincidence, so did I, but I spent a happy hour tidying up my photo files.
The internet radio is normally the best place to listen to the games, if not there - which I might not be - tonight. If it isn't on Radio Manchester I might just switch to Radio Cornwall and catch the Pirates v Bristol, which I believe is being 'played' at the Mennaye (if only on the TV)- Penzance and Newlyn RFC lives! Well almost.

As one who has suffered from insomnia for many years, you have my sympathy iBozz. It is hard to explain the frustration to other people. I presume that you have tried the obvious things?
The gradual reduction of your coffee intake to something approaching the output of Brazil perhaps. I have managed to cut down to 6 to 8 mugs a day and don't drink coffee within 4 hours of bedtime.
Never fall asleep in a chair in front of the telly - either go to bed (if its bedtime) or do something to wake you up (exercise is good). I find naps very counterproductive.
Try to relax before going to sleep. Reading in bed or listening to BBC 7 (particularly as you have probably heard it before).
I try never to get up until I have been in bed for 4 hours after that I feel entitled to give up on the night's sleep.
By following the above I have managed to regularly sleep for at least 4 hours most nights. I used to sleep for more than a couple of hours about 1 in 3 nights and regularly didn't sleep at all. I have to say shifts do not help.

I've tried everything except reducing caffeine - I did once (for several weeks) and it made no difference. I don't touch caffeine after 4:00pm except on special occasions.
