You can put whatever name you wish people to call you, Winstoner.
Is putting your full name risky? Opinions differ. Some don't mind potentially identifying themselves to every single internet user, good and bad, and others think that to be identifiiable as a specific real person is risky - what with identity theft, information on movements, the potential to actually find where you live, etc, etc.
I never thought that I would (

this page and the links have some useful information about personal details.

If you want to declare your full real name then feel free - but I will only list Christian/given/forenames or whatever you wish to call it. And I myself am called by my second name, and that's what appears in the list.
It's really up to you.
