Sorry for Scot's competing for places in squad coached by Welsh coach. They deserved a better return than the two selections!!

This is quite funny from Tom Biggs on twitter:

Disappointed not to make the cut (Gatland's loss)but pleased for the 'Big Man' Ben Te'o🦁Nervous moment watching it with @WorcsWarriors squad []

Congratulations to all selected.

No real surprises. Feel for Launchbury. Hartley misses the boat again.

Yeah, a huge call leaving Hartley out. Maybe Gatland reckons Hartleys new found halo won't last the tour, or maybe he just feels Jamie George, Rory Best and Ken Owens are better players.

Regarding the lack of Scots, I think the Grays can count themselves unlucky and I also reckon Greg Laidlaw would've gone but for his injury. I'd have definitely taken Nicola Sturgeon though, just to get the poisonous dwarf as far away as possible on Jun8th!!

Think Russell was better bet than Biggar as well. Think Halfpenny lucky as farrell/sexton will be preferred boot. Too many good players from different nations in same position gives Jones a nice strong squad to take on Argies
Never been a Gatland fan think in NZ it's going to go very right or very wrong and would like couple of mavericks on bench. Surprised Farrell gone as a 10 think he will only play there if sexton gets injured

I expect little faz to be the starting 12 for the lions test side. Think J Gray Barclay and Finn Russell were all hard done by. (Not Scottish myself actually half welsh!) Also why on earth Henderson is in the squad I don't know.
