Well done to the English football team in qualifying for the World Cup at Russia with one game to spare.
Tonight's performance was a totally frustrating affair, but teams that win when not playing well........
On a personal note, during my lifetime, after watching at 11 years old, on black and white TV, Geoff Hurst get that hat trick, I have seen so many woeful performances by the England 11 that I take any win at face value.

Never realized you were that old Almo!
I watched the first half and being bored almost to sleep I switched over to watching paint dry. If this is representative of what we can expect in the World Cup, they may as well stay at home! Pathetic!

Read the following on Twitter, which made me laugh:

England are currently 25-1 to win the next world cup.
For those who don't understand betting,
That means that if you put £10 on,
You will lose £10
