If you have not seen today's Sarries and Quins game I recommend you watch a recording of the last twenty minutes. Brilliant rugby from Quins. Boyce had a good debut for them especially in the loose. Ford and Holmes in particular had good games too for Tigers.

Just seen the Channel 5 highlights: great to see Joe Ford (captain) and Jonah having good games, along with Boycie.
However..... I wonder if the standard of play at this initial round of AW matches (which did not involve Welsh clubs) is any better than the top half of the Championship? I look at tackling as a major parameter of judging the standard of play and the tackling was woeful in some of the games.

Jonah crossed the whitewash twice for the Tigers tonight. He's got a lot of competition but the fans are taking to him, he may well be in the first team squad soon.
This was posted on the Tigers message board.

'Jonah Holmes looks the read deal to me. In everything he does.
We are blessed in that we'll lose May for England games and still have to leave one very good winger out

He might need some media training though!! He's almost as bad as Manu!'

We've been through it all together.
