Plug passed 200 appearances, but many of these were as a sub. The article on the offie refers to starts.

Shelley 244 and Rawlo 209, according to the YEP.

Yeah i saw it was starts and not total appearances. It was just league starts as well. I guess Phil spent a bit of time behind the likes of Rawlinson, Thompson and Titterell. Still a bit of an anomaly that a guy who made over 200 appearances didnt make 100 league starts though. :-)
