Premiership Highlights on Channel 5

AS someone who does not subscribe to subscription channels, I have been a regular watcher of the Premiership highlights programmes on Sunday night, formerly on ITV4 but now on Channel 5. David Flatman has been the star pundit for a couple of years - he seems to blend an inside knowledge of the game with banter and self-deprecation. Possibly the new "Top Gear" sit-com based on a theme.
Excellent programme this evening and good to see Sale and Newcastle getting wins.

Flatman is a brilliant assessor of our game.

He has a superb mix of knowledge and humour, presents his part of the programme very well, takes the p!$$ out of everyone including himself and rounds of stuff leaving no one in any doubt of his view.

Good man, long may he reign.
