Hi, I notice a piece in TRP stating that Charlie "is thought to be on his way out of the club, to Coventry". Do you know if theres any truth in this?

We are used to this sort of thing.....no need for apologies unless you are Beech's agent.

If Charlie Beech is going to Coventry, I wonder if Geech will be following. If so, perhaps he could orchestrate a name change to Warwickshire Carnegie so that , next season, or whenever, we could have our own County Championship!

I'll get my coat!

I don’t think the Geech will be following Beech to another club. I wish Charlie the best at Coventry, they’re building well and absolutely dominating NL1.

Yes, all the best to Charlie if indeed he is going down to Coventry. I wonder though if we will still be able to see him up at Wetherby where he has been coaching the forwards. Good luck Charlie!

Cov delivered a real statement of intent at Mowden Park (who are 2nd) at the weekend, winning 0-42.

They could be a force in the Champ next season.

Its been noticable that, in recent years, the team relegated from the Championship hasnt been coming back up as you'd maybe expect. Donny the notable exception. The make up of the Championship is changing with some of the stalwarts (Welsh, Plymouth, Mose etc) dropping away. Fully expect DMP to give Roth and the aforementioned Plymouth and Mose a run for their money next season as well.

The pattern is there for Carnegie to avoid, if we can!
