After a twenty minute spell in friendly against Glasgow Dean Ryan is looking at Satala as a second row option following long term injuries to Qera and Delve. Someone should tell him defence is not his strongest point!

it probably is his strongest point when he is not played on the wing

i would have though they would have used him in the back row. he put in some big hits for the army

My B-in-law a glos season ticket holder says Dean Ryan approached him as he needed cover in the back row due to injury , England call ups etc

Seems sensible given his size & speed , but lack of tackling ability
