And could Toby have got the kick to make it really count anyway ?

As a Tiger, I was torn as the TMO looked at Strettles "try".

Did I want it to be a score and see Toby kick the extras and regain his confidence at a stroke?

Did I want it to be a score and see Toby miss the extras and shatter his confidence for the rest of the season?

Or

Did I want it not given to take away any possibility of loss of confidence?

On reflection, part of me is glad it was the latter.

Does that make me a poor Englishman or a grounded Tiger?

cause the dreams ain't broken down here,
they're walking with a limp...

The try should have been given and the @#$%& should kicked the extras. Reminds me of Sam Vesty's mettle under pressure, he more often than not delivered when not expected to.

So what's wrong with pu55y? After all it's what Geordan called Sam for a last minute kick for an away win a couple of years ago.

Does that make me a poor Englishman or a grounded Tiger? .. 42 - 15!

'Profit Motive' .. the Vaseline of genocides.

'Reality' .. the new cynicism

Luckily Tigers have George Ford so did it really matter?

Although, prefer England lose rather than Flood's confidence being totally shattered.
