Couldn't happen to a nicer chap. Got form for it it too - similar incident at London Irish v Sale game in 2014, and This one a year later.

What's happened to the referee in the 2015 incident, - Greg Macdonald. Name doesn't ring any bells with me, although that proves nothing! Is he still a prem league ref, or has he been dropped back, never to be seen again. If so, perhaps Diamond was right.

Greg Macdonald is still listed as one of the Prem referees on the current web page, so still considered to be meeting the criteria, I presume.

Dimes also got a ban for abusing Wayne Barnes, way back in 2012. Anyone know what happened to him? (Sm159)
