Too much chat

Clearing out with the head

Fending off with closed fist and arm (Hughes v Bath today) no yellow

Jumping into the tackler

Feeding

Off feet beyond the ball when clearing out

Plenty more and I wonder what the referees are instructed to let go on the alter of a fast game.

So far as I can see the refs are under instruction not to give in at the side of the ruck against the attacking team.

The 'gate' has been widened to the same width as an extra large, easy-access, barn door.

Continual off-side in midfield: Bath did it against us and they got way with it again today.

Hooker actually staying at the centre of the line out before throwing in rather than the obligatory two steps to own side while defending team are cautioned for closing?

skew throw to the line out, particularly to the front.

Lineout "maul" formed regardless of defence contact.

Hooker two feet on the pitch when throwing into the lineout.

At this rate, the game will descent into a grass-bound version of well, ice hockey was what I was thinking but maybe thatís not right. Itís something else.
