Superb turn around in approach. Healey very fortunate to only get a yellow card

Absolutely, Mike. Hopefully the citing officer will have a different view to the ref. Healey has plenty of previous, after all.

Yet another example of referees being too timid to enforce the laws. A deliberate forearm or shoulder to the head is a red card. Healey should be cited (although the Dublin mafia might have some influence on that), but that won't help Ex who again found themselves playing against a homer.

Timid? Incompetent? Under instruction? Uninterested? Partial?

How many French referees can you get on to a Ryanair flight to Barbados?

Healey will be cited, banned for a few weeks to give him a rest before rounds 5 and 6, and Exeter will be the biggest sufferers. I expect.

Thought ref very lenient re Exeter backline and the offside line though.
