I think we should pay Exeter and Saracens a share of our takings for snatching the opportunity from them

I like the odd Friday night. We don't get too many I feel.

Just wish everyone got to enjoy them and they didn't bunch up on Bath, Saints & Quins who take more than their fair share. Then it becomes less enjoyable and more of chore.

Bit annoying for it to be the final home game though.

I think this explains the issues in the club, perhaps none of them know when we are supposed to be playing, it certainly looks that way at times.

Don't get me wrong, she just asked me where I had seen it, so I told her. I believe a few ticket office staff are off sick the moment

Also may be indicative of a general malaise within the club, staff turnover, sickness absences, failure in communications.

My recent dealings with the ticket office have not filled me with confidence!

Or, you know, that staff don't comment on kick off time rumours until they are confirmed?

More likely - I'm as annoyed and frustrated by the current situation as anyone but I think we maybe need to show a modicum of restraint rather than letting our own [perhaps justified] negative feelings cause us to jump to wild and unsubstantiated observations about non-related matters.

Well maybe they should read our website here scroll down to the Falcons game , says 1945 Friday , yet when you click on the fixture itself it say 1500 Saturday , I repeat a failure in communications and detail.

Or they have no communication strategy , are not briefed by management, which is symptomatic of a deeper malaise.

What Rich says+1. I rang the ticket office yesterday and was on hold for over 1 hour, so i switched to option '0', just see if there was a prob. They answered straight away and said a number of staff in there were off sick and she offered to e-mail them to ring me back but I said if that was the reason I will ring back later. When I did, the girl I spoke to didn't sound to good. I asked her if she was ok, she said yes but they had been very busy.

I initiated this thread when I received an SMS from a steward friend of mine. He, in turn, had been texted by his supervisor warning him of the time and date. As all this happened on Thursday morning (08 Feb) why did it take so long for the official announcement to come out?

Compare and contrast the bombarding of supporters with % off deals from the shop and other , income generating communications from Tigers which happen continously, yet a major announcement regarding the last home game of the season changing from Saturday afternoon to a Friday evening trickles out, makes you wonder about Tigers priorities doesn`t it.
