35th minute of the Ireland Scotland game , clearly takes ahit to the head , goes to ground then with the aid od a medic gets up staggers around for the next few minutes , no HIA this utterly unacceptable ,he clearly should of been HIA , what will the WRU do about it , nothing , player welfare ballix.

Agree the WRU won't do anything about it! They're looking forward to hosting Italy tomorrow.

Also agree he should 100% not still be on the field.
Not even an HIA, he should have been removed as was clearly unsteady which overides the HIA.

Poor from Scotland, they don't look after the ball and can't pass off the left hand, I thought Denton had a fair game though.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Sweaties did it on purpose!

Cian Healey regularly stays on the pitch when he should have left it.

Irish fans on Twitter were trying to say it wasn't a head injury it was neck/shoulder - basically he had a 'stinger'. When questioned about him staggering around the response was he was just protecting his neck/shoulder. Joke!

But they weren't at all bothered by the incident late in the French game were they?

If that incident isnít followed up, ie investigated, then I despair at our sportís incompetence, again. There is a clear blow to the head due to his getting in the wrong position to make the tackle, and obvious concussion if not brief loss of consciousness.

What worries me about the governance of our game at every level is the almost Putin like ability to ignore evidence in order to uphold the increasingly diminishing flimsy veil of competency that the hide behind

Where is the sports media and the sports social media accounts raising this , the silence is deafening , yet consider the howls of injustice when the infamous French knee concussion occured, that was unacceptable gamesmanship but didn`t detrimentally affect a player`s welfare, the Cian Healey example is exactly what the sport and its management committees was going to stop. Hypocrites.

The sport's media are hand in hand, ears deep, in cahoots with the self-serving, gin-swilling turd-weasels at the top of our sport. For them the players, the hardworking employees and we, the paying supports are just their servants.

Hey Rich. Don't pull your punches. Tell it like it is!!

In fact, quite mild tbh.

Although things have changed greatly in recent years on this subject, the only thing that will make the authorities sit up and enforce the laws consistently will be a tragedy - i.e. a player put in to a coma or worse. Alternativley in 20 years time when Cian Healy sues the IRFU and World Rugby for negligence for failure to look after his health maybe the HIA directives will be properly enforced!
