I think (from what I've witnessed) Pat Lam is working hard on the club culture, and having a wise old bird like George around, especially with the youngsters, can only be a big plus.

In a few seasons I believe Bristol will be a right handful to play against, especially given the quality coming through their academy and, in such an instance, will be easily filling up their 27,000 stadium.
