With the Premiership fixtures being released tomorrow, who do you think our first game will be against and who would you like to play first?

I'd like a cheeky Saracens away to try and cadge an undeserved win!

Can we start with the team that is going to lose all of their games, assuming its not us ?

I think we will get Irish. I'd like us to get Saracens.

Pros and cons of anyone though there's not many pro's of getting teams largely unaffected by the World Cup.

An away game with low expectation and hope it's better than Exeter away last term or even sneak a win.

would like Bath at Welford Road - unfinished business from last season but have an inkling for Worcester at Sixways

Saints home game is same weekend as LCFC v Man U, which is the final weekend of the Premier League season so already locked into Sunday.

That should therefore be a Saturday unless its switched to Friday again.

Looks like only confirmed clash with LCFC is 11th April against Irish. City play Palace that weekend, so less chance of that being on TV.

Were we to make a Challenge Cup home semi final that weekend also has a LCFC home game so we may have to be a Sunday game, were we to progress that far.

Bound to be a clash in one of the first two Prem Cup games as both confirmed by LCFC for Saturday's for TV. Could try to push the council for a double header with either though as our attendance is likely to be low for the game.

Our post 6N form will be very important next year.

9 Premiership games are after the 6N and we have 5 home games among them. Bath, Irish, Sale, Saints and Quins are the home games. Away to Gloucester, Wasps and Bristol.

Games affected by 6N are:

Bath (A) (England training camp)
Wasps (H) (rest week, Wales players available)
Sale (A)
Worcester (H) (rest week, Wales players available)
Saracens (A)

Games potentially affect by RWC:

Worcester (A) (QFs)
Saracens (H) (SFs)
Gloucester (H) Final

Bit annoying to have both games v Worcester in international periods, especially as, without wishing to be funny, they could potentially be the relegation deciders if we don't buck our ideas up.

With the bunching of the European fixtures we do have some odd runs.

Saints away in a sea of Euro games is a big boost for us. They will have to be slogging their guts out in the Champions Cup while we can seek to rotate an build towards that game, then rest and rotate out after it too.

Similarly Exeter (H), Quins (A), Bristol (H) is also a good run for all the internationals to play before looking to build in the last Euro group stages for a one off against Bath away (without internationals).

Paul is looking forwards to the Big Game too.
As am I!
"“Leicester Tigers are one of the most prestigious clubs in the world and one that has enjoyed a great deal of success on the biggest stage in the last two decades. I was privileged to start my professional playing career at the Tigers, and not only do I have unbelievably fond memories of the Club and the people there, I also used to live with "Geordie the Pencil" (Geordan Murphy) so it will be special for me personally to go up against them in a contest of this calibre."
