Thought you might I'd mention that we've done a double-page 'tribute' interview with Neil in today's Rugby Paper if it's of interest to anyone. Great servant to Saracens and the Premiership.

Tremendous stuff, we were so lucky to have Neil's services over so many seasons. I have to admit to almost taking his super consistent performances for granted. And an absolute gentleman to boot!

I had the privilege of attending a Q&A at Saffron Walden with a number of players - NdeK and Wayne Barnes

He was extremely well versed in tactics and I would expect him at some point to move into coaching or management. However, a business career is probably more lucrative
