Nigel's notes from the Sale program say planning permission approved, now need to organise bank/ finance but it will happen.

In advanced discussions for a new high performance centre close to St Albans, no guarantees due to staggering difficulties of obtaining planning permission in the South East.

At the SSA meet at the start of the season it was stated that the two project; West stand and High Performance Centre were being considered together. Everything in place and agreed for the West stand but it wouldn't happen till the HPC was also sorted. I believe I have remembered that right.

Looking to fund both projects with one set of finance and so yes awaiting the high performance centre. I would assume if it went on too long however the West would be done.
