Blue Shirts

I called the shop today to find out where my order of the third shirt (blue) was (I ordered nearly two weeks ago) and was told bluntly that they weren't in, they had no idea when it would be in and that I as the customer would have to call in to check on the status of my order next week. It was a disappointing customer experience. Could the club have not emailed customers to let them know of the delay? Why is there no update on when this might be sorted out? Very poor. I don't often get tempted to buy merchandise and a shame to get this experience.

Even so that's no excuse for poor customer service - they could have pointed that out and given some better advice some folks might have ordered them for Christmas.

When I ordered it stated it would be delivered in two to three business days and no mention when ordered.
