SSA Plans for Clermont

So, After a suitable period of sulking, sorry, reflection.. the SSA are back and fully focused on what will be a memorable trip to Clermont this weekend. Safe travels to you all as some of us are setting off today. Via planes trains and automobiles we will gather in town to show the lads we have faith!

⚫We thought it would be useful to remind you all of our plans, kicking off on Sat at 5pm with a tour of Bieres le Plan B Brewery 32 avenue de la Libération in Clermont-Ferrand

🔴Then on to the SSA Christmas party! 7pm onwards at the legendary Le Café Pascal 4 place de la victoire, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand. All are welcome and dress code is of course Christmas so see what you can squeeze into your luggage. We have invited club staff and non-playing squad so let’s see.

⚫Match day we will be meeting some of our new friends at the Oval at the ground, sadly that event is now full but we won’t be there all morning and will soon gather in the stands and soak up the atmosphere.

🔴So a full weekend! We haven’t even mentioned the cathedral, the Christmas market or the tyre factory! So pack you hope and expectation, your faith and your belief and let’s make this weekend a special one.

It could snow, but we know how to manage it. We had 10 cm just two weeks ago.

For those staying on sunday night, be careful, most of the restaurant are closed on sunday night. You could still eat at the Café Pascal though.

Do you need to be a SSA member to attend the brewery tour or Christmas party? Or can one just turn up?

I’m sure you could turn up & pay £10 membership there & then!
Depends if they have space on brewery tour

With the Brewery tour you do not have to be an SSA member. Just turn up and enjoy. The more the merrier. As for space we can always squeeze another few in.

Ok great, I will definitely come along for the brewery tour. In the evening I am going to the Clermont Foot Vs Sochaux match. Looking forward to seeing you all at the brewery!
