The email I received read as follows:
"We will be offering season ticket holders one 16th of their season ticket value as credit towards the home quarter final for the European Champions Cup.
In the event we do not get a home quarter final, we will be in further correspondence concerning the credit."
So, apparently and sensibly, no credit against an away QF ticket. We'll just have to hope we get our mojo back and firstly qualify for the knockouts, and then win away in the QF.
