refunds from fish

Following on from Monday 11th December’s re-arranged European Rugby Champions Cup fixture against Clermont Auvergne, Saracens would like to take this opportunity to thank all supporters who were available to attend the fixture at such short notice. We appreciate that this was not an ideal scenario.
For those supporters who have contacted the Club regarding ticket exchanges and refund requests, the Club has begun processing refunds and exchanging tickets on Thursday 14th December and we would ask all supporters with outstanding requests to contact the Club by Friday 22nd December. Following this date, no further refunds will be processed.

A couple of thoughts:

Are STHs included?
And why no mention of this in today's Saracens newsletter emailed to supporters?

Can't be arsed. Saracens did nothing wrong and were the victim of circumstances. In the unlikely event that we reach the quarter final I'll buy my ticket in the normal way.

Rugby is a funny old game, you never know we may just get a shock result out in France

Trip to Dublin maybe ? Money off would help with the expenses for that weekend!

Would pay for a couple of pints at Dublin prices, especially after the 15% crash in the pound a year or so ago.

Well if we get through it will be France or Ireland away for sure, both damn expensive with the euro.

The email I received read as follows:

"We will be offering season ticket holders one 16th of their season ticket value as credit towards the home quarter final for the European Champions Cup.
In the event we do not get a home quarter final, we will be in further correspondence concerning the credit."

So, apparently and sensibly, no credit against an away QF ticket. We'll just have to hope we get our mojo back and firstly qualify for the knockouts, and then win away in the QF.

I hope for those things. Because I support Saracens. Nothing to do with refunds.
