Blair won't let you down, always gives 100% and is exactly the sort of guy your management staff seem to like. Just make sure you give him back at the end of the season...!

Hmmm,no. Top bloke, absolute workhorse, and received more MotMs over the past 5 years than any other player.

Sarries : if you use him wisely, you've got a great replacement there.

As for Irish, (IMHO) we need to get the youngsters and less experienced back-row players some real Premiership experience while we are still in the Premiership. (Sm13)

That is a great loan signing, always rated him, but he does love giving a penalty away, so he’ll fit right in!

It's been pointed out that Cowan could now win the title and be relegated in the same season*. Rugby stato Stuart Farmer, on Twitter, has confirmed this has only ever happened once before.

*no chicken counting here, mind.

As long as he has a 3 month contract he is eligible having not played in the competition this season.

Do we reckon he could actually go straight into a starting spot on Sunday? From what I can make out the only other fit back row are Wray and Ben Earl..? Jack Nay on the bench?!

I thought I read somewhere that after being out injured he's been kept out of the LI first team by the incumbents.

In the circumstances seems like a good move for Saracens; however I really don't get how this is in any way good for LI unless of course they have officially thrown the towel in now.

This is the critical weekend so I guess he could at least be in the 23. Good job we're out of the AW!

Perhaps 6 Isiekwe, 7 Cowan, 8 Wray, 20 Earl. 2nd Row GK, DD, (MF). Not long till we discover who's still standing.

h
That wouldn’t be a bad line up at all. As long as the forwards can hold their own we should have the backs who (on their day) can certainly turn it on.

It's simple Irish have too many back rowers.... The luxury (Sm100)
