I was not amused by Eddie claiming it wasn't anything to do with him to direct referees to aid the National team

Surely its exactly his job to ensure that the English refs are giving his players week in and week out exactly the same experience as the rest of the world. After all the refs report to the RFU not the Premiership

It must be a top priority that England's players are exposed to the correct environment in respect of the breakdown even if Premiership rugby would prefer the way it is this season

Eddie - get your loudhailer out and go shout at all the relevant channels to make sure we are reffed the same internationally and in Europe aswe are week in week out
