Brilliant analysis DG. I'm exhausted just reading your statistics - hopefully a Brandy will help!

Good job Jones dislikes our full back it seems. And that Isiekwe has developed so quickly. I'd echo what many others have said, I dread to think what condition our returning internationals will be in for the run in..

Very interesting post DG.

"Goode, Maitland, D Taylor, Barritt, Williams, Farrell, Wiggy (or Spencer), Mako, George, Koch, Itoje, Kruis, Rhodes, Burger and Billy"
Stick Wyles in for Maitland, Wray for Burger (on typical form) and that's the dream. What a team.

Can I suggest that "Krisiekwe" is the name given to a National holiday for Sarries supporters smiling smiley

Strewth, had I still been working, I would have needed an Executive Summary! Impressive analysis.

I made a similar post to what follows last season. I hope DG is happy for me to tag it onto her excellent thread. Assuming our first XV comprises:
Goode, Williams, Taylor, Barritt, Maitland, Farrell, Wigglesworth;
Vunipola, George, Koch, Itoje, Kruis, Rhodes, Wray, Vunipola
with a bench of:
Brits, Barrington, Figallo, Isiekwe, Burger; Spencer, Lozowski, Bosch

I looked the number of starters selected from the First XV:
9,8,9,11,9,9,11,10,9,6,5,11,10,8,7,7,10,12,10,5,5,3,4,8,11,8,8,13,9

the number of the First XV playing:
10,11,11,12,12,11,12,12,10,7,6,11,10,8,9,11,13,13,10,5,5,3,4,9,11,11,12,15,13

and the number selected from the First XXIII:
13,18,17,18,16,16,20,19,16,14,12,18,17,15,16,18,19,19,15,12,12,10,11,17,19,18,19,22,21

Champions Cup Newcastle Wasps Exeter

On average we started 7.6 (10.3) and played 9.2 (10.8) of the first XV, and selected 15.5 (17.7) of the XXIII over the first 20 rounds.

more than happy!
And I think that shows why we've "struggled" at times this year

Not too sure what the Irish have done to deserve this, our strongest team and squad by far (see numbers in my post two above this).

I think Irish are unfortunately the team to happen to have Sarries when they need to secure a home Semi final spot, its just a shame that it is Sarries who will resign them to relagation should Sarries win on Sunday

Looking at the tries scored stats doesn’t it emphasis how amazing Ash has been at Toulon this season?

Some controversial contributions from Ash today!
