I like Dickson, doesn't stand for any rubbish and I think the players respect him

Tends to make a howler or two per game though - he might be getting better with practise

Agree with JO'G but not so much that he tends to make a howler or two. Just a very good young referee IMO who benefits hugely from having played the game recently and at a basic level understanding how current players try and manipulate things.

Definitely one of the good ones for me.

You have to give Dickson a chance he's still quite new to officiating (however he was a scrum haalf so he has had some practice) (Sm100)

I think with a bit more experience we will get some top class officials over the next few seasons (Dickson, Ridley, CMK, Carley to name a few)
