interesting - no big "event" match this year seemingly - that will hit our attendance figures !

Wouldn't surprise me if the game vs Falcons went to the London Stadium (WHam away at Chelsea). Quins unlikely as that's an FACup round so logistics means they won't be able to wait for the draw to see if WH are at home.

Quins at Allianz Park as well!

Barty won the "guess the reason behind the order of the squad list" competition (prize in the [not very reliable] post). So who can explain the Premiership Rugby Cup format?
Only three rounds. Two quarter final dates, SF, F.
Since clubs have sold STs on the basis of 16 home games my guess is that QF1 will involve the "bottom 8" clubs with any having had only one home game guaranteed a home match. (The "top 4" to include a minimum of two clubs who had only one home pool game?).
Then proper QF to include "top 4" all at home. Seems complicated!
Edit to add: Am I right in thinking the season has been extended by 1 week? Extra PRC round.
Edit2: Just looked - last year 1 Sep to 26 May. So one week extension (though see BF below).

They might be waiting to see what the large grounds in London are charging, either Olympic, Wembley or White Hart Lane (I can dream), before they announce it?

Gloucester away during the Six Nations. When was the last time that didn't happen? At least we get to play Wasps and Exeter at something approaching full strength.
No double header (yay!) and no 'big game' announced yet. 11 Premiership + 3 European Cup pool games at Allianz Park leaves space for two more, hopefully EC quarter final and Premiership semi. Anyone know whether there's a plan to play the Anglo not-Welsh cup games elsewhere?

I too was surprised to see the date for the Prem final on 1st June. That must be the latest finish date in the modern era. Great news that the LDH had been canned for this year at least but a shame the opening fixture is not at home. I assume that's to give an extra week to the athletics folks.

I think the premiership cup should be a development ncup as in no more than 5 senior Internationals allowed per team...
That obviously won't happen but it's an idea
