Am I right in saying there is friendly vs Richmond on this date?

“I believe it might have been said before, but there is something special happening at Saracens, and I want to be part of it.” - Nils Mordt

It's up on the fish now............

Saracens Storm will welcome Richmond to Allianz Park as part of their preparations for the Premiership Rugby Shield campaign.
The Greene King IPA Championship outfit will visit north London on Friday 24th August at 19H30.

The fixture is FREE to attend and presents a great opportunity to see some of Sarries’ young talent ahead of the 2018/19 season.

“It’s a good opportunity for everyone who doesn’t get to play a bigger part in the other two pre-season games against Bedford and Ospreys,” Senior Academy Coach Adam Powell said.

“The lads have been training really hard so to get the Saracens jersey on at the end of pre-season will mean a lot to them and it’s a good chance for them to impress the senior coaches.

“It’s also a chance for us to prepare for the Prem Rugby Shield so it works really well for us. It gives a lot of our first years the chance to play for Saracens and a lot of the second and third years a chance to play against a good opposition at Allianz Park as a good warm-up ahead of our first Shield game against Exeter at home which will be a tough game.”
