Thanks for that - it is a good read! Seems an intelligent level headed young man, capable of taking the best out of contrasting situations.

Bearing in mind the concern on the other thread about our relative weakness during the Internationals (which I agree with) this perhaps provides the positive side of so many likely absentees. Precisely because so many are away, the squad and academy players know that first team opportunities will become available, which together with the learning environment afforded by so many star players + the coaches, helps us to retain and develop their talent.

On a side not - the interview with Big Jim and Smally that is embedded in there is pretty interesting as is the one on concussion .
