ione Vailanu will start his first Gallagher Premiership match when Bristol Bears visit Allianz Park on Saturday.

Ben Spencer has recovered from illness to play at scrum-half while Nick Isiekwe comes in at lock.

On the bench, Billy Vunipola and Liam Williams could see their first action of the season following injury lay-offs.

Juan Figallo (PCL) and Duncan Taylor (ACL) have been ruled out for lengthy periods.

No mention of Ben Earl. Wonder what the plan is for a back-up 7?

Hopefully Bill and Sanjay make it through their bit of game time unscathed.

Looking forward to seeing Vailanu run around from the start.

Not a short injury list on the Bears' side either - however the battle of the 12s looks particularly tasty
