Anyone have information as to why Gloucester has a very similar badge to Leicester, are they being taken over by them?(Sm100)

If you 'google' it you will find that it is a combination of various emblems associated with Gloucester. It is a 'lioness' rather than a Tiger we are informed

Lions, Tigers, Sharks, Falcons, Wolfpacks, Warriors, Bears, Wasps, - no shortage of threatening predators there.
