A vote of thanks to the SSA

At the risk of appearing sycophantic I would like to put on record my thanks to the SSA for obtaining and delivering tickets for the away games both in Gallagher and European competitions.

Having received a “ticket alert” I pay and that is it. This gives me the confidence to take advantage of early deals on flights and hotels if necessary.

Following the innovation of former chair Malcolm Denton, we all group together in the best seats that can be dragged out of the grasp of our hosts and I regard it as a great deal.

As soon as tickets are available, arrangements are made and Loxy at his Oasis table dishes out the tickets.

This becomes part of the social atmosphere of home games and grows the camaraderie of the ever increasing membership.

Thank you one and all.

They do a fantastic job and it blows my mind that it costs only a tenner
