A few more numbers

At the Premiership half way stage I thought I'd share some numbers with those interested. We won't all agree on the exact composition of our First XV/23 but there was a general consensus on the majority of choices last time I posted mine. So far the numbers of my First XV starting/selected or 23 selected are as follows, with separate averages for the 3 competitions.

	 	Ne Br No  G Ba  H	 G Ly L Sl Wo	Sl  L Wa  C  C  E Wo
1st XV start	11  9  9 11 12  7	12 11 0  0  0 	 4  4  9 10  9  8  6 	 8.3 10.5 0.0
1st XV selected	11 12 12 12 12 10	13 12 0  1  1	 4  4  9 10 10  8  6 	 9.0 11.3 0.7
23 selected	18 18 20 19 18 19	20 16 0	 2  4	 7  9 14 15 16 13 12	14.8 16.8 2.0

What struck me was just how few of our First XV have been available, especially since the AIs. And what a superb result Leicester (A) was.

[Based on:
Goode; Williams, Taylor, Barritt, Maitland; Farrell, Wiggleworth;
Vunipola, George, Koch; Itoje, Kruis; Rhodes, Wray, Vunipola;
Tolofua, Barrington, Figallo; Skelton, Isiekwe; Spencer, Lozowski, Strettle.]

thanks for that - as expected Europe given the priority

I do wonder if Duncan Taylor will ever play for us again
