It's going to be a bit fresh up there tonight, could lead to a bit of dodgy handling!
I think Wiggy might be employing his boot a fair bit.

Well done to those travelling fans....wrap up well (Sm68)(Sm24)

I hope that it's a great game and that the team can take some further steps forward in their attacking play. COYS.

Did the tmo not say play on no issue ? Why that penalty.

Ref seems a bit against sarries

He did but ref had already given it

Yes the ref told the TMO to look at it and then decided to blow up before the TMO said it was OK ... thought the yellow was extremely harsh too.

What was that stat - 9 yellows so far this season? Can't keep blaming the ref. If you play on the edge, occasionally you're going to go over!

Harsh doesn't cover it. It was a straight high tackle and a 'seat belt' variety to boot. Not a yellow in my book.

Can understand the Faz yellow; was to the head, on a break which led to player going to ground much quicker, unnecessary and cynical. The no arms tackle was a ridiculous call against you however, nothing wrong with it at all although I thought one of your players was not supporting weight with hands on ball at ruck so right outcome but for wrong reason.

Straight yellow. But of course not even a penalty.

Don't see how it's even a penalty, he's involved in the tackle and his hand comes off the tackled player just before he's hit. Yes it looks bad because its from behind and he isn't braced for it but Tolofua hasn't broken one rugby rule there. Players clear out the tackler at every breakdown and Tolofua used arms wasn't high or anything

13 penalties given away in the first 70 minutes not good enough. We seem to have lost our way in last few games!

Sale are by far the better side tonight and will deserve their win I'm afraid. I think we need to settle down and get our heads right. I've given up watching and can hear Mr VS swearing at the box as we mess something up yet again.

Solomona done for identical seat-belt tackle on Maitland but only a penalty. Where's the yellow card? Carley is a totally unprofessional joke.

Agreed. Carley was somewhat inconsistent and didn't help matters. But we have been way off. Again.

Didn't expect to win there tonight but that was poor as. We looked clueless going forwarx and too many mistakes in defence.
Bloody penalty count is doing my head in lately

It wasn't identical, just a pen.

MacDonald on the touch seemed against you though. One collapsed scrum in particular was a very brave/odd call. Sale pack really fronted up and it wasn't matched, seemed to have Sarries rattled. Sale look a completely different side to the one that started the season and are peaking about now, their injury cover 10 will be sorely missed.

Shocking performance for the 3rd week running. The ref was pretty poor but Sale deserved the win. Our defence is not good enough without brad and our attack just doesn’t work at the moment. We need to go back to basics next week and hopefully we can come back with a win. Itoje returning will boost us hopefully

We’ve lost our edge and we need to get it back sharpish.

Ridiculously that’s put us top of the league. Same as many recent games, we start well but it falls apart and we concede a couple of quick tries.
Scrum poor in large part and a couple of vital lineouts messed up. However I fail to see how we didn’t get a couple of late scrum penalties when we nearly drove them off the ball.
