nobody took Warb's legs at the lineout - Robshaw took his shoulders and tipped him a little, and his supporters left him to it.
French relatives felt that maul at the end should have ended in a penalty try, they thought an established maul that was moving forwards and 2m out being brought down, is a clear try obstructed illegally. We all though that Strettle grounded the ball, though I wasn't convinced that the evidence was actually strong enough to give - none of us thought that Flood would have gotten it.
The only decision I was really annoyed about was the Barritt tackle early on, when he did exactly the same that Warb.s did later on to save a try. Though I have a feeling that Walsh was actually penalising Cole for being in support and not involved in the tackle, and therefore competing for the ball perfectly legally.
TBH any close result would have been fair, win for either team, or a draw all fair reflections of the match.
