Being retained by his club?,already won IRB player of the year at under 20 level,I expect he'll have another go next year if he still qualifies.

Also surprised there is no Daly, Vunipola or Watson. Daly has had some knee trouble recently though, not sure if the others are injured as well?
I was looking forward to seeing Vunipola making some dents at this level.

Skuse, Spencer and Tanner have some ground to make up on their contemporaries if they are to reach the top level it would seem.

Ford s being considered as part of the England squad to SA, if he does not go he will try to bulk up over the summer. He has only just turned 19 and is still a little under strength. (needs to be about a stone more in bulk)

Why,age grade rugby means jack SH--,
Skuse and Spencer are going to be quality although Spencer seems a little bit injury prone and never a good sign.Tanner is not good enough full stop.IMHO.

Why? They aren't considered by the national selectors to be in the best 28 u20 players in England at the moment. They therefore must improve more/faster to get ahead of these guys in the pecking order.

Spencer has been injured as I said but has the tools to be a top class player,Skuse will be.
The first thing all the youngsters have to do is become Bath first teamers,as a nineteen year old playing age grade is everything for themselves, their parents and local club but at the end of the day it stands for nothing.
