Wayne Barnes different interpretation stopping Scotland going twice at the ruck no double jacking so far! So Scotland backing off the ruck and allowing Ireland to pick and go.

Attacking rugby’s quite good isn’t it. Maybe we should try some at Bath.

Scotland not doing much to suggest their ambitions stretch anywhere beyond beating England.

Barnes allows for such a good game of rugby. I know some don’t like his style, but I think his communication and sympathetic approach really helps the game flow.

Scotland have played some nice rugby but without that ‘hatred’ of the opposition, they haven’t enough intensity.

Ireland cruising, impressive performance. Twickenham will be fascinating next week, when I suspect England may be out to wreck a GS rather than compete for the title.

Yes completely different game for Scotland nowhere near the intensity. Well played Wayne Barnes top of the referee tree talking to players throughout with empathy and good humour and always in the right position imho.

Wayne B has improved immeasurably IMV in the last couple of years and in particular in his attitude and communication with the players which has a much more empathetic approach and desire to produce an enjoyable flowing game for the players and spectators alike.
