I believe that Scott Andrews has been called up by Wales. Is this correct? If so where does that leave us for the next few weeks? have we got a fit TH ? I thought that Scott was performing well.

It apparently is only for training purposes.

Otherwise "deep doodah" seems to be the answer to your question.

Aside from the call up possibility, I think that Scott has done a really decent job for us.

I think he has been called up to replace Francis has he not?

Given they started with 3 TH's in the Wales squad he presumably goes in bottom of that pack and so will likely not be selected anyways for the games. Good for him though as I think he has been really good here!

The change of scenery from the misery that seems to be occurring at Cardiff Blues this season must have given him a new lease of life!

Adopted players: 2017-18 Shaun Knight; 2018-19 Jonathan Joseph

Seems like you spoke too soon BD:

Along with Marfo, it seems that coming to play for us as injury cover / short term loan is the way to international honours...

[i]"Bath have been really pleased with his progress, he's obviously in a monster pack with the likes of Luke Charteris and Matt Garvey around him, by all accounts his performances have been really good.

"He's improved from playing week in, week out and Scott is one of the best rugby-playing tight-heads out there.

"He's worked really hard on his scrummaging. Scrummaging against South Africa will be a huge test but one I'm sure he'll be up for."[i]
