The video clip of the interview with Blackadder after the Scarlets game is pretty harrowing to watch. The guy is obviously incredibly distressed by the whole thing.
He seems to be internalising things when perhaps a complete boll..king of some players may be the answer. He said after the Newcastle and Gloucester home games that the "performances were unacceptable" - but nothing seems to have improved on a consistent basis.

To be honest he arrived at the club late on - July last year I believe - with the residue of a squad the selection of which he had no input into - many of whom were also crocked badly.
The injury problem has never gone away and if anything has got worse as time has gone on.
To cap it all his best mate and Head Coach also departs.

It's enough to test the skills and patience of the best.
I really feel for the guy especially when you also factor in an exceedingly ambitious owner and, (what seems to be looking in from the outside) a rather "ignorant of the game of rugby" board of directors.
