Congratulations to Joy Neville and hope it goes well for her tonight. Seems to be a very sensible and grounded person as well as a good ref. Interesting that she really didnít want to do it at first!

Well done Joy. I understand why she might be hesitant, it's a lot of pressure and unfortunately there are still some who feel women shouldn't be officials. No doubt she'll prove them wrong again!

Fantastic to see - best of luck to her! I am sure she'll be splendid - can't be worse than Carley and some of the refs we get winking smiley kidding

She'll be much better than Carley because she's played the game, good luck to her tonight.

70 international caps over 10 years - I would guess that she would be one of the most experienced playing refs in the world.

Good luck to Joy, and well done fro breaking down the barriers to get where she is now.

Now, go and set a good example; doubling the potential talent pool for rugby officials can only be a good thing.
