an interesting kettle of fish

Saracens concerned about a string of losses--they are puzzled .
Saints ,fans disgruntled ,Malinder sacked ,team allegedly unhappy with coaches . Disbelief that they are lying 10th in the league.
Wasps looked fragile against a team with no wins (yet).
Harlequins -mixed bag of results and erratic in performance .
Sale and Newcastle forging ahead.
Bath in my view flattered by their results .
Tigers are facing a reality check .
Here's my take on our position -ownership uncertaintity is very unsettling for everyone.
-our squad in quality and depth is really very good if only the injury factors could be reduced . In fact we seem to be improving in that respect whilst so many of the other clubs are bemoaning their luck .( actually it seems to me that there may be loss of form among a number of top rated players )
-I think there is a distinct possibility that it will not be Worcester or Irish that stare into the abyss by the end of the season
- there is a crop of really promising young players that shine with competetive spirit whenever they are given a chance.
I hope Our players can keep their nerve before looking elsewhere -the grass may not be that much greener some where else.

A team with a complete all round squad with highest class players in depth at all positions is a rarity and if it were one team all the time where would the sport be?

The win against Tigers was epic-and the team played beautiful rugby . That is what we are capable of -repeat it and who knows what the complexion of the season may end up as. But Irish will be tough .
Thoughts on a cold day .

Good thoughts Old Col, getting a bit like football win win or your out !! in rugby you will never buy a team ,you have to build it from the bottom and have players that want to give it all for the club. (Sm128)

I have to say I agree and thank you for putting a subjective light on our situation.
When you take a look around the forums at other clubs there is often as much moaning and negativity as there is on ours.
It is good to be reminded that others have there issues too and we are not alone.

Great stuff. We could finish 9th this season.
