3 of our players have made their team of the season.

There really is a lot of positivity around us at the moment. It's great.

Only one in the Telegraph equivalent, Josh Adams. Lots of honourable mentions though.

The Times has chosen 'five layers to watch' with the SA trip and next season in mind.
Nick Schonert is one of those five and I think this is a ver fair rflctin of his contribution since he joined Warriors. So, let's wait and see if Eddie reads the Times and acts accordingly

This is the same Eddie who doesn't want to pick Don Armand?

It is interesting that Nick has had so much interest from the media, but as Fiver says, it's not like media darlings get the same amount of caps as they do articles.

I wonder if Rassie will get in contact with Nick as well, since SA are relaxing their foreign player policies.

Don't forget that someone said that they spoke to Neil Hatley at the Quins game and he specifically said that he was there to have a look at Nick.

He was supposed to be down to tour last summer until he got injured, so he does seem to be genuinely on the radar.

Whatever you do, do it safely!

Yes, also they mentioned during a squad announcement that schonert was unavailable due to injury, which strikes me as something you say about someone who would be picked if they'd been available.

The Times on Saturday carried a feature of 'five players of the season / one's to watch 2018/9.

DoC was one of th fee in recognition of his whole career not just his three seasons with us, but Nick,Schonert has been picked as one of THE players who in 2019 will step onto the international stage.
Just their view of course but it could easily happen, and there is no doubt that he has had a very good season for us, plus, with Jack Singleton getting better and better, and with Calum Black coming in........not a bad front line eh?
