Definitely. Would rather Lance than Myler but would rather Myler than Weir.

Both our tens are better than Myler IMO. Still a good signing for Irish as he's a solid premiership ten.

Myler will be more than good enough for The Championship.

Smart move by Oirish.

It's what they need if they want a quick return.

Donít deny that. Heís in the Goode mold in that regard.

Just feel itís more of a sticking plaster than someone to build a team around. Wouldnít have thought either party would have had too many options.

Will be a good mentor for Brophy-Clewes to learn from.

Whatever you do, do it safely!

I was going to mention Mr Evergreen Goode too. Did us no harm to the point folk have barely stopped yapping about him pretty much ever since.

'tis the Worcester Way flipflop - we always eulogise about players that have moved on.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Matavesi

We'd probably have spoke about him less if we 'd had suitable 10's since he left!

He is still a class player, capable of line breaking, and manages a game well. He doesn't miss many kicks either!

The big problem with the Championship is that all you can get is a player at the end of his career. There is no way in the world a decent 25 years old will take that contract against one in the Premiership, the only exception would be an enormous pay cheque, but still most will take the longer term view.

Once you get promoted, you're back to square one though. That is where Worcester actually did really well to stay up last time, and we're still feeling the effects this season by finishing 11th. That is why next season we need to push on otherwise we'll always be in the relegation battles.

Relegation and promotion may be fantastic for some fans, and good for the aspiration of some teams, but until the two leagues are closer I just don't see anything changing for the haves and have nots.

Myler to Irish a good move? I think it's the only move for both parties.

Iím which case I stand corrected. Ted Jnr was there, but clearly a little confused as to which planet he was on when reporting in.

Possibly the same one as me, the never ending bar cue.

Folks moan about the service at six ways, but hq was an absolute shambles that day

Not sure he made it that far. He & Mrs Ted Jnr#1 started in the Special Forces Club 18:00 hrs Fri, next we heard was a call from a hotel in ChinaTown 11:30hrs Sun when a breakfast of rare steak and triple fried eggs was on the kill or cure menu.

Best avoided, military reunions over AvN weekends.
