A lot more to come yet PG - a mega event and fun for all ages, children’s games, “adult” games.

It’s all happening at the Clubhouse.

You’d be welcome, but we’re here in Curragha, and have already agreed to lend the aircraft to the landlord of Swann’s in return for a guarantee of Ch 4 on the big screen next Sat instead of more feckin hurling.

Poster 1 "Worcester Royal Royal Hospital".

So good they named it twice?

Good old JP can't resist a typo?

Enjoy the day, can't make it as also several thousand miles away.

Ahhh, so that's why they call it hurling: if you watch it for too long you end up wanting to throw something at the telly. (Sm100)

Whatever you do, do it safely!

Good spot EW.

There’s a proof reader’s name for the business of repeating a word at the end of one line and the beginning of the next.

Which I would mention if I could remember it.

Hey Ho.

Thanks, but I don’t think so. anadiplosis is a deliberate act, the “Worcester Royal Royal “ in question is clearly an error.

I once met a sales trainer who insisted that when meeting a new contact anadiplosis, with considerable emphasis on the repeated word, should be used as a method to ensure that your name was remembered. Enter the first trainee who bellowed in a manner worthy of Brian Blessed “ Good morning Mr customer, I’m Neville NEVILLE James”.

Who was, of course, always referred to thereafter as Neville-Neville.
