Even though Tigers are leading the way it looks like we are in for him too. The thing is with Tigers though,he has the club capatain to compete with as well as an Aussie international. With us he would replace Jack and pretty much be nailed on first choice.

He would be the perfect signing for us if Jack does leave though

What does catch the eye is the phrase: "having made an impressive financial offer".

Whilst always being careful are the accuracy of some of these "leaks", if the club is indeed making "impressive" offers, it would be a very positive indication of the new owners' intentions.

The key word however as always is "if".

What this says to me is that Jack's exit seems highly likely, along with either Niall or Big Joe.

I don't want us to lose singleton but LCD is the best English hooker imho.

Would be a great player to have, especially if we kept singleton.

I doubt either would want to be 2nd choice.
LCD said money isn't a motivator and wants to move to try to get in the national team. He'll get the money here, whether he likes it or not but the important thing is you play for Warriors you get recognised now.

LCD would be a great replacement for JS. Real statement from the club too if it came off. Still can't understand why JS would want to go to be 2nd choice at sarries, not going to help his Eng chances

I agree why go from 1st choice to be a bench warmer, getting less game time, consequently going backwards in form. Does not make good sense.

It may not be the principal motivator - but I doubt he'll actively dislike the money smiling smiley

JS is going home and if you know his background you could understand the draw for him.

Sarries are hardly a side which is a backwards step either. I can fully understand his motivation, but it's a shame he is leaving.

I may be wrong, but LCD does seem injury prone to me.

I think in an ideal world you need 6 quality frontrowers three start one week play 60 minutes the other three on the bench, next week visa versa.

It's the way to maintain workfare and health and fitness through a long season.

Dan Cole looked far better when castroiovanni was sharing the work load with him.

If LCD came we would still have Big Joe for him to rotate with

If our first choice hookers are Joe and LCD then we need to get a specialist throwing coach if Mefin can't do it. It is comfortably the weakest part of both of their games.

Thats said, it's a nice rumour to see as Cowan Dickie is a top player. I reckon he'll end up staying at Exeter. After the world cup Hartley will be out of the picture and Yeandle shouldn't be too far behind him.

I really think LCD is a calibre higher than big joe, I think singleton is too.

I think LCDs throwing has improved the last year or so, I imagine he'll stay at Exeter too, I like it if he's the kind of player we're trying to sign though.

I am more than happy to keep JS.....a good player and an even better prospect. He has JOe and Niall to push him.
Change (if it happens) has to be change for the better - unsure if this fits the bill.

Suggestion is that a Exe canít afford to keep him.

Getting a bit silly season right now though so see what happens.
